RATES

Session Information

I offer daytime, evening, and Saturday appointments which allows you to schedule sessions according to your availability and/or budget.  Sessions are approximately 50-60 minutes in length.  Longer sessions may be arranged and the fee will be prorated.

My current rates are as follows:

  • Daytime sessions (before 5 pm): $150

  • Evening sessions (5 pm and after): $175

  • Saturday sessions:  $200

Payment Information

I am a “fee for service” provider and full payment is due at each session.  I accept a variety of forms of payment, including cash, check, credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards.  I require at least 24 hour advanced notice of cancellation or need to reschedule.  Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session amount.

Insurance Information

I am an out-of-network provider and I do not accept insurance for payment.  However, I will be happy to provide you with the appropriate documentation to send to your health insurance company should you choose to submit a claim for reimbursement.   I cannot make any guarantees about whether or not you will be reimbursed by your insurance company.

Mental health insurance benefits vary depending on your particular insurance coverage. To determine if you have mental health coverage, check with your insurance company to find out answers to the following questions:

  • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

  • Are services rendered by a licensed marriage & family therapist covered?

  • Is any pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network mental health services in order to be reimbursed?

  • If I have out-of-network benefits, will I be reimbursed the full amount I paid or a portion?

  • Do I have a deductible and if so, what is it?

  • What documentation needs to be submitted for reimbursement?
