I enjoy training and supporting associate-level clinicians at an affordable cost.  Supervision is a requirement for independent licensure, so the fit between supervisor/
supervisee is of the utmost importance!

I recommend meeting with potential supervisors to learn more about their style and approach to supervision.  Collaboratively establishing a supervision contract helps ensure clarity and confidence that your supervision needs will be met.

I value exploration of Self-of-the-Therapist in supervision including issues of culture, power, privilege and oppression in order to identify transference/countertransference and potential stumbling blocks in therapy.  I aim to help supervisees recognize signature themes in themselves and in clients that may impact how therapy is unfolding.  I also assist in developing a deeper understanding of your emotional responses as a therapist to increase the purposeful use of self in the therapeutic process.

If you would like to know more about my openings for supervision, please contact me to explore your needs and potential fit.
